A multi-function trainer which allows users to enhance muscle strength of upper limbs, abdomen, chest and back.
1) Support with both lower arms on the underprop your back against the backrest, legs get together and knees bended 90 degree, uplift the legs to the upper left and upper right alternately.
2) Clasp the front horizontal handle with both hands and flex arms.
3) Grasp the top horizontal bar and do pull-up.
4) Clasp the back bend pipe and do push-ups.
