With MyCircle devices, training takes place according to a double concentric principle. This means that two opposite muscle groups are trained with each device. Just like in water, slow movements produce a fluid resistance. If the movement is accelerated, the back pressure and required force will increase. Conversely, this means that the resistance decreases with increasing fatigue and automatically adapts to the power of the person. This revolutionary resistance provides a particularly accurate and safe training where overload is excluded.
After a five-minute warm-up on the cross trainer, the circuit training begins. MyCircle consists of a circle of eight different power machines, each trained for one minute. Two opposing muscle groups are trained per power unit. After each exercise, there is a one-minute break during which your muscles relax and you move on to the next device. The MyCircle water column in the center of the circle indicates by means of light when training / pausing. After you have completed all strength exercises you conclude the circle training with a cooling down on the bike. You can complete the entire circle in 27 minutes and have completed a complete training in which you have trained all your muscle groups and cardio!
