The Afton Hybrid Power Sled is a heavy-gauge steel prowler built for HYROX-style sled push and sled pull training. It has removable push poles, a chrome-plated plate holder for 50 mm Olympic plates and flat steel runners that glide on gym turf.
Front and rear eyelets take a carabiner and rope, so the same sled handles push and hand-over-hand pull work.
